One office, province-wide service
Most conversations happen by phone, email or video, which works well wherever you are in Ontario. When meeting in person makes more sense, appointments are available at the CanadaLend office in Markham. There are no other offices, and I do not claim a local presence in cities where I do not have one.

Questions about working together
My city is not listed — can you still help?
Yes. I work with clients across Ontario. The city pages here cover the two services asked about most often; if your situation or location is different, start a conversation and we will take it from there.
Do you have offices in Toronto, Richmond Hill or Mississauga?
No. The only office is the CanadaLend office in Markham, where meetings are available by appointment.
Does my location change the mortgage rules that apply?
The qualification rules are federal and provincial, so they do not change by city. What can differ is how your property is valued and which lenders will consider it.
